Titled Sakura for lack of a better name =.=;
Its been so long since I've uploaded anything...
Anyway, about this wall. It was actually done maybe a year and a half ago. Don't know why I never uploaded it so in a way, I still haven't actually used PS except to change the date on the bottom.
Concept: juxtaposition? Nice flowering tree and contrast with some crazy, bald guy.
I took one of the gazillion manga covers for Bleach, this one featuring Ikkaku, and vectored all the basic shades. Then I overlayed the original scan back over the vector to 'smooth' it out a bit.
Petals are from Yina's Rukia desktop she made a long time ago...or was it? lol I can't remember anyhow.
Clouds are my most favourite thing cause when I make them, I feel most artist-ly...
I'm so sad. xD

What i love about this wall the most is the bald guy's vector (can you believe that i actually watched the whole series and still can not remember his name, i hate remembering names T_T) i love love it because all the very thin and nice outline, all the shadowing is good too >< and i also like the sakura flowers falling from the tree. Oh and i love the text arrangement as well, sooo coolll ><
however, what i like the least are (or i don't really like ) the tree, well it just doesn't look like tree at all, tree suppose to be very random and stuff but this tree's leaves shadow just, well, wrong, just try to be crazy and play with tree's leaves a little bit and the trunk is not right either.The other thing i dont really like is the cloud (I'm sorry ) i just don't feel like it fits with the whole thing at all, cause you know, when you look up to the sky, you see cloud that doesn't look like this, the cloud shape in this wallpaper is when you look at them from the sky ( you know when you look from the airplane or something like that) well, to make this short, this is not the cloud suppose to look like from looking up direction I'm so sorry for my terrible English, If i say something wrong feel free to fix me. Hope any of my comment make sense to you

way nice wall. but I don't understand if you completely vectored Ikkaku why would you lay the scan over it? wouldn't using only the vector make it look less manga-ish(without the scribbled shading lines)? anyway it is awesome work.

Nice wallpaper... the vectoring and shading is very good and i also like the background and flower petals but his angle looks wierd... as though he is holding onto the tree. But still a nice wallpaper you gt there

Wow, i actually love this. the pink of the sakura tree seems like a nice contrast to the image of.... gah :( i can't remember his name. but then i haven't seen too many of the series. i know i'm totally missing out, i plan on catching up sometime. anyway, sorry i ramble on, i really love, i mean Love love! the colouring you've done on this wall. i like the shading on those individual leaves being carried in the trees and i kinda like how because of the scan there's those original scratches/shading on the bald guy. :( sorry again i can't remember his name. well good job and hope to see more from you.
