It looks nice :) hmmm although I think people really often use that scan for their wallpapers, but still great job on it.

In my opinion it's a really good wallpaper...I don't know what can you do to make it better because it's perfect!Well this scan is usually used like huarru said, but I like it! <3 emoticon

The wall seems too bright. You should reduce the brightness. Besides that, Misuzu does'nt really blend in with the background. Im seeing some red outlines around her hair. Another thing that needs to be improved on is the gray railings there. It looks embossed. You can try and vector it out again, or maybe look for some stock photos of railings and make it blend with the wall. Im not really liking the text either. I think it would look better without any text. The feathers look fine so far, so you should keep that.
