I planned on making this wall since a long time.
Saw the pic on Minitokyo.net (it's deleted now) and wanted to make a scan to vector wall out of it.

I always thought that the art of 009-1 is something like going back to the 70s, just look at the clothes of the heroine. 70s were the years of disco so I decided to go with a disco theme as background. The background is a composition of a texture which I found at deviantart

This wall is not for any kind of competition. I just wanted to make a wall for Forget me not and there aren't any walls for this series.

P.S. There is only a widescreen version. I thought the version in 4:3 looks really ugly. Sorry for the one who don't use widescreen (like me, hahahaha)

Angel-voice, great work on colours!) Though I don't really like the way the heroine looks.. Maybe that's because I haven't watched those series. In any case, that's not your fault. SO keep up the good work (9+_+) emoticon

Boy, I loved the 009-1 series. The style is a bit odd, so I can imagine not everyone likes it, but it's good you kept the style in your wallpaper. I have nothing bad to say about the wall, it's good and a nice add to the 009-1 section.

Wow, 70's style ^_^

I love the concept very much and the vector quality is really good.
Honestly I don't remember this anime but I have to say that the lady is really hot ^_^

The background is a bit too colorful in my opinion but, hey, that's how 70's were xD

I love you're wallpapers they are all amazing but this one is really really different and i think it's good to make different style of wallpapers
I like at all the colors I like more dark colors but this one is great!

Sharper and cleaner than the original scan. The solid colors make it a little more cartoon-ey than I usually like, but a very well-done wallpaper all the same.
