This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
After a lot of work finally is finish ^_^ My 2nd. wallpaper from Misha my favorite character from the game Ar Tonelico and this one is for the Contest between Gust Members ^_^
Well... in this wallpaper I had to work a lot with all the elements from the wallpaper..... the clouds are a combination of colors and 3 different kinds of clouds brushes... and I made the lights with some shapes and gradients ^_^
The pillars and the small wall that contain the water were the hardest part..... I made them with the shape tool, some gradients, colors, some blending modes and default textures from photoshop... maybe sound easy but I spend like 1 week experiment with a lot of textures, colors and blending modes to made the pillars (I think I need more practice with photosop :P) but I think the final result looks great ^_^
The water are a combination of brushes and colors too, made it was easy ^_^
Work with the scan was a little hard too... clean the scan always is a hard work... but with this one I had to color it in some parts because the scan have some part with colors too soft....

Really beautiful wallpaper youve created here. Misha is very sexy yet tasteful at the same time. The background you placed her on reminds me of ancient greece and makes her seem like a goddess haha. I really cannot say enough good things about this wallpaper. Its also always nice to see some wallpapers from some titles that arent that well known. I wish people here were more like yourself and give some other series some love instead of bleach getting another 5 or so wallpapers everyday. Thank you so very much for sharing this beauty, its defintely going to my favorites :)

Hmmm let's see how do I start this off? Well for one it beautiful and I really love it. Of course I've always loved the art style of Ar Tonelico and it is represented well here. This is going in the +Fav collection.

Este wallpaper te quedo mas o menos, lo que es el cielo y los pilares te quedaron muy bien, el cielo fue lo que mas me gusto, pero el agua de la fosa, pues como que se ve media estraña,pareciera que le tiraron un bote de pintura celeste y la chava pues como que no es de mi agrado, pero esta pasable, la textura de los colores del traje de ella te quedaron muy bien, eso si el anterior wallpaper , es el que mas me ha gustado, bueno nos vemos adios!!

I have to say mate this is an excellent wallpaper the best thing about is the lady or character she's just beautiful in the wallpaper anyway its just nice to see some new wallpaper's in this category i was just hoping for a different background for her.
While pillars are quite well-made,the rest looks like they need more work.The cloud doesn't quite blend with the rest.Next is the water,the water looks flat right now,it needs more depth.On the other hands,the scan are nicely extracted and can see the work you put on to try to blend it with the rest of element.

I thought it would be a bit blurred while looking at the thumbnail, however I was very wrong. The wall is absolutely clean and also sharp enough.
What you've done with the background is awesome. Especially the pillars are my favorite part as well as whole the background which is bright and nice. Thanks to that the character is outstanding, mainly because it's rich in colors.
This isn't my style of walls though, but I like it anyway.
