As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!
This is a wallpaper that shows kakashi walking in a forest relaxing, hence the title, "kakashi relaxing"! Anyway its just a couple of photoshop brushes pretty much. Enjoy!
You need to work a lot on the extraction, besides the scan doesn't looks too good, it has bad qualaty, and of course you cant just put the brushes you have to work a lot more on the BG, cause it really looks empty, and bad, so get to work. XD
You're idea here is totally awesome! I really like the layout, and as far as I'm concerned you you don't need to add anything to the background. Its minimalism is refreshing and the main reason I clicked on this image to begin with...well, that and the fact that it was Kakashi. ;)
However, I DO agree with LIRAOOA on one point - the jpeg artifacts are painfully obvious. When you save a wallpaper, you need to remember to make sure the compression is as low as possible, thus giving you the highest quality available for you finished jpeg. There are tutorials available on the internet for that if you need help.
I think i know where your getting at... you want him to camo... thats a lot more to edit... you just don't put same color to kakashi's clothes... hmmmm... to complicated to tell you how...
It will look blending if you put blck lines around the edges of the brushed grass... GAH... so hard to explain ><
add more colors... fore ground colors at those grasses in front... not bad concept actually.

The theme is great there is plants roses how about trees
on the background any trees should be more suitable......
kakashi is really suitable in the forest type.....
the changes is the background and the foreground
and change the color of the foreground its not blending well with the
background it is exceptional because it's unique but it
really needs changes...
please do make more wallpapers because you have potential.....

Just my opinion . . .
I think u're over-using the brushes. Kakashi looks too small there. Some parts of the scan have low quality. I think you shouldn't let the leaves cover the low part of his body. The brush also is too big and looks plain. The black bg is dull. It would be nicer if you fix all of that.
Guc luck

It's a good idea. I would like to see more of Kakashi, either make him bigger, or have some transparency coming through some of the pants/foliage.
I like your brush idea, but I think the brushes could use work as can the overall backgroud of the piece. I would try varying the brushes you use, add more types, and/or also vary the coloration of the foliage brushes.
I would also try changing the "sky"/bg to someting other than black, perhaps fill in with clouds or blue sky, or whatever color so long as you intergrate more of the tree and plant brushes.
It's a good start, keep up the good work.
Good luck.
