The amount of patience, hard work and an eye for quality is what defines this wallpaper. Character is painstakingly vectored off a real life toy image with references to screenshots. Despite the difficulty level, ~pvc24 still manages to nicely depict the image in anime fashion and yet able to find the mental strength to come up with a background composition that is both aptly fun and pleasant in atmosphere.
Pretty much I took a screenshot that was posted on random curiosity
Vectored it from scratch, then did the background image into blueish blackish with designs on top. Coral reef mainly instating the underwater theme that's going on in here (not reallly meant to portray underwater, just means the Blue Theme). Took a while, then after vectoring i added the bottom with brush and mixture of smudge and blur to uplift the image a little on both resolutions. Vectoring all the lines on thehelmet was pretty rough since screenshot was a little faded at certain areas.
This is really nice, but i think if it was textless it would look better. Also, what happened to is body?? it looks like you erased him. But overall, this is a great wallpaper.

Well... that's the spirit of the true designer... making your own things... not copying from another works... so I will give you credit for that... but the composition is kind of weird and I didn't understood what is the black thingy in the bottom
