This konoha guy has some more action to show us!, very nice vectoring, the background is still somewhat plain, but the true magnifiscence of your wallpaper lies in the nice positioning of the elements and the work that you did with Naruto.
Those mountanis could have been better painted, yet the wallpaper itself is a very nice piece of art!.

Very nice naruto wallpaper! The colors are very fall like, and the background does match well, have you tried using different colors of leaves etc? Just wondering, although it might look "off" of your color scheme you got going. Great work!
Nice naruto wallpaper. really like the vectoring job done on naruto, the scenery, the trees, and falling leaves. Also like the shading on naruto's face. I also like the font as well too. Good job and keep up the excellent work, hope to see some more great work from you soon. Definitely adding this wallpaper to my favorites for sure! :D

Not bad, but since its sunny shouldnt it be more vibrant? Id say its very bland right now, all you need to do is add some contrast. Easy way to change that is to mess with the curves in photoshop (Ctrl+M)
The vector is really something, my friend. No outlines, but also no outlines on the background. So it merges together very well. I really like the colors, a lower contrast which looks really good.
Some tips to make it perfect:
Different color of the leaves - maybe some brown gradient (autumn is cool,right?)
I don't like the text somehow - sorry, just my opinion...
Resolution - I think vectors should be always bigger ones. 1600x1200 or 2048x1536.
Anyways my final word is COOL.
So keep up the good work.

This is a nice wall. I like the fact that the colors are more muted. i am tired of flashy Naruto walls with a bunch of primary colors. Its also nicely vectored in a more graphic style and the elements fit well together. Even if your background is just a bunch of flat elements, their is still scence of space. Though, just a note. because of atmospheric perspective, the further back an element is, like the mountains for example, the lighter, cooler and grayer they will become. I wonder if you tired that, if your space might even be more convincing.
