This wall is inspired by Fairy Tales wall titled Angel Down.
Well, maybe you can said this wall is the sequel from that wall.
I just extract the character from scan then vector it to black and added inner glow. Then added grass, trees, moon and clouds using custom brushes. For finishing, I add some flying feathers,stars and grass.
You have a really good start here. the clouds are a little to rough on the tops, they should be smoother than that, also the opacity on some of them is too low. the moon could use an outer glow, it might be more effective to paint around it with a soft brush, white, and set it to a low opacity. one last thing, the glow on the character should be less on the bottom, because it is darker down there and it stands out too much.
HI! WELL the Bg... pretty good.. just the image... absolutely dont match with it..the anime its about watter lots of water... so why a forest... looks so creepy for the anime.... also the extraction.. need some work on the image.. looks kind of blurry in the edges... so need some work... specially in the hair... also the glow... well it its so notorious... need some glow blurry ,,,,, just my opinion.. but why dont try something different.. fo the Bg... maybe and other anime...and need to put on your signature... and maybe some text in the bottom....
Just an opinion.. but if it was from and other anime.. take for sure... its going to be a nice walll...

When I first saw this image I thought that it was a screenshot - every thing, upon inspection I found that it original - which leaves me to this conclusion - GREAT WORK. I dont feel it needs any change. Two thumbs up.
I love this picture!! It just grabs my attention with the dark almost gothic look. The loneliness yet awakening felt from seeing the shadow of the girl in front of the large moon is powerful. The idea of using only gray, white and black as the color scheme is genius because the effect is multiplied by the simplistic colors yet detailed manipulation of the picture. Exotic...
