While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Nice wall like your ideal but the figure behind Itachi seems hard to be seen. Like the clan logo you did in the center of the wall really nice. Great work

Well... It's a little strange to said that but... I would prefer the wall without the vectored characters.
I really like the style of this wallpaper and the concept is nice. But the vectored characters sort of don't really fit inside the textured and complex looking background.
Why not just keep the background scans and the textured wall? Just add some really neat details to the wall and also to the plants and it would probably be much better looking.
On an other wallpaper with more vector style you could use the vector you made. It's a nice one but here it's kind of strange looking on top of everything more realistic looking...
Anyway it's just an idea and I really love the concept of this wall! :)

It doesn't happen often, but I actually perfer the background of this wallpaper to the images of the brothers in the foreground. The work done on the bg is amazing, breathtaking and of really high quality but this only serves to make the foreground vectors look worse. The bg should support the original images not detract from them which is what I think this wall does. The concept and originality of this wall is wonderful but I think more work was really required on the front images of Sasuke and Itachi.
I look forward to seeing more wonderful work from you.

Anyways, this one is way better than the first one.
The vectors look great, the background looks a lot better and detailed.
And the shadows behind Sasuke and Itachi look more convincing now ^^
