This is a dedication for my dear friend Kelsey ^^ She's always been so nice and I'm proud to call her my friend!
Well, I wanted to make a simple, light wall, because all my latest walls have been dark and "heavy", mostly with negative feelings portrayed. This one is the exact opposite: the feeling of hope, which doesn't die; even though you know there's nothing more you can do, you persuade and hope things will turn out good in the end :)

I vectored and painted Galaxia from this screenshot -I don't remember where I found it, though. I changed the colors a bit, to make them brighter and to add more contrast in. And yes, Galaxia was wearing something, but I took that out to keep that feeling of purity ^_^'

Edit: The background is that plain because I wanted to focus on the character. Plus it would've looked ugly if overloaded with elements ^^
