This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
well what can I say, first of all that I spend a lot doing the vector, the original vector is here I spend over a week doing it, I used both illustrator and Photoshop, why? Well because illustrator is great to do outlines, and Photoshop is good at adding the colors, and shadows, which there may be a way of doing it on illustrator but I think Photoshop is better at doing that.
Anyway, I spend a lot of time doing it, a whole week, there were some small details that took time, especially on the outlines, and finally the color and the shadows were rather easy.
When I first made The Power Of Two Legends, someone asked if I could do a SS4 gogeta wall, well here it is, enjoy everyone, I hope you like it.
it was on session zero for a while, thanks to everyone who commented and helped me to finish this wall.
Well, now that that is aside, I must say, I really like this wall! You've managed to take a character associated with very simple drawing style with minimalistic styling and integrated him into a grunge setting.
(On a side note, I know a lot of people look down on the DBZ and DBGT series, but I can still name off some of my favorite characters and scenes from those anime series, even though its been how long? while other anime series I've seen tend to be less memorable.)
Enough of that, back to the wall, I really do enjoy it. I believe your intent was to make it appear that someone painted a graffiti-style character on some fence planks, and then the wood had become somewhat weathered. If so, then it has come across quite authentically. Anyways, enough of my mindless chatter. Definitely a plus fav, and download too.

me gustaria saber como diablos se le da ese efecto de madera en el fondo...xD!
bueno...excelente trabajo...y muchisimas gracias por el gran aporte

I'm so glad your new idea and attempt at a different wall was accepted not only by AP but by the members as well. Even though I personally don't care much for DBZ, I can appreciate the artistic turn you took with this. You're awesome.
Its pretty hard to make a dbz wall these days without making it look really cheesy
in this case, u've overcome this obstacle, the concept is pretty cool
it comes off, to me, as an inscribed painting or picture on the wall of some dojo or something
like it lots
The picture of Gogeta is sick. I remember this was one of the old CGs back then, the older drawings of DBZ/GT is better than the newer ones now (the American CGs)
Well anyways, the fence idea isn't too shabby but I think there could've been something you could tweak with it.
Damn how did you do the effect on the wood, i like the way you mixed up gogeta and the wood, i love DBZ and DBGT, and seriously gogeta is the strongest, i love this wall, you have to make another one of DB its really nice keep it up man.
