This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
This is my first wallpaper. It took me some time because I'm not good in making wallpapers yet :P.
I wanted to make it look foggy, cold but also magic, wanted to make her look lost in some mystic forest ^^ .
Does it fit together ? If somebody will see something wrong, please post your comments . Afterall it's my first (good) wallpaper

Not bad, you achieved what you were going for, the only problem I see is related to depth. The snowflakes are the main issue, they look like they are a single layer in front of the character which throws off the perspective a bit. Work more with various brush sizes and foreground and background blur so that the focus is on the character and it will make it look more like a mystical forest.
Very nice for a first wallpaper. When I first saw it, I thought to myself, "Ooh pretty glowiness". ^_^

I must agree about the snow flakes, though. They look a bit like paint splatters on a clear layer overtop the wallpaper, mainly I think because of the snowflakes in front of the character but not really on her and it looks like there are none in the background so much, etc.
But anywho, nice work; much better than most people's 1st walls! :)
The background is looking good, the misty colors and the snow looks really nice. The character looks good, she fits to the background well. Nice wallpaper.
I love your idea of the girl lost in the forest.
The only thing I would like to point out is that the forest when it blends with the fog and snow looks very strange. The branches in the background look cut off.

It looks nice, but I think you overdid the light from the lamp she's carrying, and you could use with some variety in the background (particularly the left and right sides).
I like the misty feeling throughout the wall...it gives the feeling that the girl is lost in a mystical forest. I say you done pretty well in that part ^^ I like the colour scheme too~~
The snowing petals in the background is awesome and the night colours of the sky is very beautiful.The shading blend is excellent,and the picture background is strikingly perfect.
The girl is very cute,her art design and drawing is excellent,her outfit is lovely,with her gloves and her lovely light green dress,her blonde hair is very long and wonderful,plus the two winged tiara on both sides of her head is cute,her face is full cuteness and its so
She is lovely and very beautiful i love this wallpaper so much,its an awesome and excellent masterpiece of the art,good job well done^o^
