The colors from the background is the knigthmare pic with a lot of smudge.
Then the two pics, the Kallen pic with finger tool to make it more "fused" with the back ground some layers with gaussian blur in diferent modes.
One layer with ripple in lighten mode-
Some smudges more in the background and red "lights" in the nightmare eyes.
Then adjust, color, balances, photo filter, gradients (scarlet colors).
And, more or less thats all
