After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
@`akiranyo: What's the limit for something to be a vector ? "It's fully scalable from source file so it's a vector!", "It's a vector, I used vector to do it!" or "Look, the pinky finger is vectored so it's a vector!" I think VD rules should more explicit.

I cut up a artwork of Carnelian and used by some flowers paintbrushes as frame.
I often used radial and directional fuzziness for the pollen.
On the contrary, I don't know which effect to give to the flower font
be forgiving, I'm another beginner on photoshop ^^'
Why dont try to make the flower blurred maybe it will seem better but anyways i think the wallpaper is very creative i like it . oh and you can also try a motion trail effect on the flower

The bg image could use to be cleaned up a bit as it isn't as clean as the girl.
I really love the super bright colors, and I think this would benefit by being a bit larger (1280x1024, maybe?) However, I HATE the text, it doesn't look right at all.
