As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. We wanted to make a girlie wallpaper with pure pink color's tones after changing the colors many times ^^ .
We used many texters from DA and other sites, Cyb added the clock's textures cuz she wanted it looks kinda dreamy. [ actually we did that since time ago].
And after we got more time to work with it again, we added the clouds brushes and textures.
The title and the lyrics are taken from This song " My Immortal " By:Evanescence, it's really awesome song btw ;D .

A lovely wall, from a pair of lovely wallers. the colors are nicely sedated, in this, and not overly girly. more calm than anything else, giving the wall a mood, that can transfer to the viewer. the character is beautifully extracted as well.
