This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I thought it was time to make a mysterious-looking wallpaper. I hope you like the result. I was inspired by the seventh One Piece Ending "Glory - Kimi ga iru kara" by Takako Uehara.
Extracted the scan, created the hill with the grass and the sky myself.

This is very pretty I like it alot, it just almost seems like the character doesn't completely fit into the background I don't no if it's just that she's glowing and stuff but maybe if she blended just a tad bit more into the background it would be perfect other then that I think it's great good job
I agree that she doesn't blend very well, at least not once she meets with the grass. Her outer glow is fine until then, but once the grass starts, the glow makes it look like she's floating above the ground.
Aside from that, everything flows nicely. I like it.
Hi, hey is this the Elf from season 2? and did they ever mention her name... anyways this is a really beautiful-ish looking - it looks really good... to me the setting seems to be like the most peacefull place in afterlife, if you know what i mean.. thanks for wp

The background is looking really good, the ground and the grey sky looks very nice. The character is looking good, she fits to the backgrounbd well, though without the rabbit she might've looked better. Nice wallpaper.
Well, that's a character which not only radiates (both literally and in other means ^^) cuteness and charm. She really fits to the environment, adding to the mood. The bunny is a bit out-of-place, I think, but that doesn't make the picture worse. It is a good wallpaper, needless to say.
Lovely! that's a great job oh! master show me your technique! i need to know how you made it... hey if you can contact me please do it it would be a pleasure to meet you ... well congratulations that's good!

I like the scan and the atmosphere around it.
I also like her bright legs, though I have no idea as to why they are shining so much *____* xD
But it's a great wallpaper though, keep it up!
