I've been working on this off and on for so long I thought I would never finish it...
Time: Over a month? (I've worked on it in small chunks) Layers: 46 (after I merged all of the layers from vectoring & painting Sakura) Hardest Part: Making it look watery o_o Inspiration: "Watermark" by Enya
I vectored the outline and base colors for Sakura, then went back and painted the details. Originally her dress had no real detail to it, but I thought it looked too plain that way and added some patterns to her outfit (the design on her shirt was vectored, too). The idea was to make it look like she's almost in an under water cathedral, but I didn't want it to look too busy and so I kept the tweaked and repainted cathedral hallway somewhat hard to see... Well, I thought it looked better that way and gave it a more illusionary feel. I hope you like it!
This is such a beautiful shade of blue it looks just like a stained glass painting, it's absolutely beautiful, I like how you kept it simple and focused more on Sakura and how she blends so gracefully into the background like an angel I love all the work you put in to it and all the layers and vectoring you did a really great job it's great A++ and a fav
Wow! I love the water colours! Sakura looks wonderful and her dress is beautful! I love the patterns you added to it. hehe fantastic job keep it up!

I must say I am in Aw! of this wallpaper. Working on it bit by bit has paid off. I'm one to work big by bit myself. The color's are like water colors and its dreamy and mistical and wet but not to wet. You definatly get taken away in the colors. Its just so aw! inspiring. You could look at it for hours and still be in such wonder. This is a wonderful, wonderful work of art. An I mean art. This is fantastic on the final product and for it being only your second. I can only image how much grander and spetacular your future works will be.
Great wall, my only suggestion is that maybe you place sakura slightly smaller as not to take the whole center of the wall. Other than that, great wall.
Gorgeous! I absolutely love the vector! And I like the detail you added to Sakura's outfit. I didn't even notice the cathedral in the background until I went to full-view. I've had the same wallpaper up for a while now, and have been checking AP every day for a new one, but I hadn't found anything that really caught my eye until this one. =) Excellent work, I love it!
SUGOI!
I love it! ... great work on the colors, absolutely amazing ^^ .. and also the details on her dress
i just don't like the color of her skin ... hmm.
Nyaa! This is a supa dupa cool wallie. I really like Sakura's expression & her clothes. The background is sooo cool too XD. It's soo watery too. Very nice!
I love the monochromatic/ this sympathetic color combination. Loveable. A bit feel in the deep is very good, though try different element for it, maybe gradation ...
Oh ya, have you try using blend tool? it gives a repeat of lines between two lines you made using pencil tool. I just got an idea how about Sakura like touching the melody notes' lines that goes through from above left to bottom right (white kind of color). so it looks like she pay attention or have feeling to the lines. NB: people tends to look at the eye first then the sentence or other graphic elements.
Awesomely Beautiful!~ ^^ The blue color makes it even more beautiful because she's in the water~ And you have amazing vectoring and painting skills~ ^^ Which makes the vector and painting perfect... Which also means that this whole wallpaper is perfect!~ ^^
Anyways~ Awesome work! =D

I've no complains for the BG yet the vectored Sakura isn't really matching somehow. But I still love this wall!

Have a nice day!
If religion is that which binds men to one another, and irreligion that which sunders, then must I testify that I found the religion of my country in its musical genius and its irreligion in its churches and drawing rooms.
