This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

My love for the awesome series that Samurai Champloo is deserved something better... ;P
Ok, I just put Fuu in a front of a wall. Then, performed the biggest mess found around here... Et voila!
Fuu is dancing, the paints in the wall are dancing too, and I guess my place is more in the dark/sad wallpapers than in the "lively" ones.
Everything made by me, except the Photoshop default shapes (duh!) and the spattler brushes (credit below).

Looks pixelated? Indeed, I had to reduce the quality in 72%.
If you want the "100% version", let me know and I'll upload it asap!

Three hours, lots of layers.
I make everything always in a rush. When I start something, I know I have to finish it soon, before going to sleep. I am always a tsunami. Can't deliver myself to anything.
At this pace, I guess I will never be a decent waller. Oh well.

Ok let me start off by saying I LOVE the colors and how you made the background a brick wall it's very unique, and it reminds me of one of my favorite artists since you made it look so much like pop art, fuu looks hot I have to say and the brush work is amazing you did a great job A++ and a fav |(VcV)| emoticon

Psychedelic!! It's so bright and colorful! "Color splash" indeed. |(VcV)| emoticon I love Fuu, and I think this wallpaper is amazing. You definitely got your graffiti wall point across. It's wonderful. It matches the theme of Samurai Champloo. XD I would've liked Fuu's face to be brighter, but other than that, this is great. *faves*

Oh yeah such a kick ass wallpaper of Fuu. I love these type of grafitti -esque walls. I usually hate text on wallpapers as I see it as an eyesore but when its actually incorparated into the wall like this then Im all for it. I absolutely love all the colors and the bricks also look damn good. That image of Fuu has always been my favorite of her and while Ive seen wallpapers using that image before I have to say I think this one is the best.

All in all just an amazing wallpaper and thank you for sharing this awesomeness with us.

You're quite good with colors and designs! Again, I really like your design fits with the scan! Fuu's face looks so wierd, lol. The brick wall doesn't look flat enough to me... or I think it doesn't really look like a brick wall. Ah well, I know it is one, haha. Another fave from me!

I just love love love this wallpaper. The colors go great together and the layout is very well put together. The details that you added to this wallpaper are also lovely to look at such as the slapts of color and the strong outline around Fuu. Overall good job keep it up.
