This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I didn't really know what to do with this wallpaper to make it better. But, I listened to some advice, and added text and also a few textures. I hope that it looks a little bit better now.
I Taught it was ok the second time around, but this is fine to me , ill stick with my second download for now untill it is in wallpaper section, thanks for revisions,...

Rickshaw? well... you did add some text to it, however the wall now looks like a subbed screenshot.
hmm, i dunno. it is really plain, even after you added the textures and text. maybe you should try it with a different kind of look, not just their head shot.

Hmmm... how should I put this, it feels like something is wrong with it to me. Maybe it's the border around it and line down the middle that makes me feel that way... like maybe my brain is just saying they should be sort of mashed together ya know? You could try re-drawing some to sort of mash them together, or maybe change the borders some? I think a problem with it right now is the separation of the chars, well namely the lack there of. It's like your mind is saying if they are that close they should be touching (like you see all the time in anime where two chars go cheek to cheek) or that you should be able to see more of their heads... but instead you see a closeup of their face. It's kind of hard to explain and is sort of just like my gut feeling if you will.
Maybe if you shrunk em down some, separated them a little, and drew in a BG? Or maybe vector in a rickshaw for the BG? Again shrinking em down some to separate them some.
Also, their hair looks really grainy for some reason, maybe the texture you said you added? Regardless I would really suggest getting rid of it since it really don't do anything for the wall imo.

Probably becuz you choose to vector their faces. Big faces that take up too much space usually are not interesting.
at the moment, the vector is too big, there is no space to add something. I think you just leave it at that and move on to the next wall

Something is too simple... I think such wallpapers do everyone can. And the person in all screen would suffice one... Even not clearly where badges to put to not close the person =)
