This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

The first time I saw it I decided that someday I'd vector it XD I think it was more than an year ago. By the beginning of this year I decided to finally start it. It took me all this time because I took lots of breaks XD I spent something around 18 hours on the girl and 6 hours on the background.
I wanted to finish this wall before my classes started but I couldn't. I decided to rush it before things get even more complicated, so I just vectored the "essential" part XD
I always have the hardest time vectoring the face but this time it was one of the easiest parts. The dress almost made me give up >.< The transparent veil was kind of fun to do! I spent a lot of time thinking about a way to do it and thankfully it wasn't hard at all XP
The roses were vectored from the original scan. I tried to make them yellow, pink and white but I guess they look better red ^_^'
The clouds I drew myself, so I hope they look ok >.< I thought about adding more stuff at the background but I didn't know what to do and plus my computer was about to crash ¬¬' I need more memory T_T
At least this time the wall does look like what I had in mind somehow XD (maybe I should spend more time on my future walls XD)
I don't think I'll try to make another wall like this so soon XD

nice vectoring ^^ the veil does look a little plasticy though >_> and maybe not have the grass on the left so repetitive looking. But other than that awesome job :D

Starting by the art work, which is totally beautiful, we find a very nicely done vector, and then a scenery and a color scheme that makes us gazing at them for long moments.

I love the vectoring for the girl and the flower (though I think outlines will make it much better) The hair and also clothes looks really great, and I also really like how you did the eyes.
For the grass, they look a bit repetitive, but that's okay, as for the sky, looks good, but I think the right cloud can be put lower a bit(not behind the ribbon), but that's only to my liking ;D
anyway, love the style and also the flower with ribbon on top of her head :3
Beautiful work here. The colors are very springy. I do agree with Sarukab, the veil has a bit of a plastic tone. I think it might be because of the green color. If you changed it to a translucent pale pink or white it may lose that and look more delicate. Very nice work on the shading. Worth a fav.
