When I saw this scan, I had to try to wall it. Since the Petit Eva characters have a happy and light-hearted feel to them, I used a really light background.

Well, it is well elaborated, though.. I honestly think there is something you're missing for this wallpaper, that would probablly be the Background. Since this wallpaper represents a calm weather wall.. perhaps the background should have been better in a more outgoing enviroment, like a park.. or even better,. With enough Creativity maybe with Evangelions behind?
anyway, the wallpaper is rweally cute. Still... I am not fully Satisfied with the background you choosed for this wallpaper.(Just being honest.. I would totally aprove people to be honest to me anyhow, so. Please do not hesitate to do the same with me, Okay?., Thanks alot)

The picture is adorible, however, I think you could have done more with the background. The top and bottom of the wallpaper seem...empty. Anyway, I'm glad to see more light-hearted Evangelion wallpapers around the site.
Finally a wall for Evangelion School. The wall is very cute but I hope there are more size of the wall.
The background is very simple and it seems fit to the happy themed characters of chibi evangelion school.

The Starrings' SD Scale is Very Charming and Attractive. It Improve Their Own Respective Personalities.
Asuka's Face and Pose Leading Shinji are Filled with Her Own Confidence and Pride. They always Create Strong Contrast with Her Hidden Scar and Pain in Her Heart. However I Like Her Face Like This.
Combination of Rei's Three Versions are Cute and Interesting. Their Silent, Cool and Funny Atmosphere Express Rei's Mysterious Trinity with Comic Sence. They Support Asuka and Shinji's Friendly Relationship - as Master and Servant.(?)
Shadow in Their School Uniform and Their Head are Soft and Natural. Their Realistic Sence are Well-Match for SD Scale.

I see this wallpaper and a part of me says "hey, evangelion! sd! what a funny!" and another part says "these lines are wrong, these colors are wrong, trere is some effects that are wrong..."
I Think that yo tried to make too much special this wallpaper and you put in too many effects...
