First, I extract the characters from scan. Then vector the wind mills using pen tool. For the sky I cloud, I just used gradient tool and custom brush.
Well, enjoy this wall.

love the blue sky in the background and the scans go nicely with it
though, it could have been a little better if you switched, have alicia and akari them appear to be looking at each other
but i love it the way it is^^

the bg is simple ow you did on the sky + the clouds
also the windmill is nice too.
though it would be nice of you also vector the characters
+ the leaves around is a bit off since you cannot see the
grass also the feathers. so i suggest try making a grass
under them or just a tip of the grasses then
you add those leaves.
but overall nice sky!

The background looks awesome with nice colour of the clear blue sky,the clouds look great as well,the small letters angels down meaning really fits the description in the picture the windmills art is also excellent,the nice feathers are good as well.
The girls are very nice i love their art,its perfect with the way they are positioned and their faces tell their emotions and feelings,the girl on the left her outift is very nice,and her hair is also very nicely drawn,and her face is also cute,the girl on the right is good as well,with her kinda dark image it looks good,her hair is also very nicely drawn,they both fit well in the backgound,its an excellent wallpaper,good job well done^^
