After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

Now, for the wall itself.
I finished watching this series a bout a week ago, and I thought it was cute. Not good mind you, but cute. So why make a wall of it? I LOVE the artwork. Don't know why, just do.
So I picked out a scan and did my usual reCG. I had to redraw pretty much all of their legs as well as some other various stuff. I kept the halftone, cause I liked it and used it throughout the wall. I don't usually do walls like this since I usually do grunge and scenic, so it's not perfect, but I like how it looks on my desktop at this point so ha. I also like the colors lots. Blue and purple < 3

Dunno if I'll ever attempt something like this again, but in case I do, comments and feedback appreciated. I'm really excited about mving on to my next wall so I doubt I'll touch this one again. Love it or hate it, it's all the same to me :3
EDIT: Okay, sinc eeveryone seems to think it's a vector...it's not a vector. It is a reCG, meaning I redrew it with the paintbrush in photoshop. No vectors or pen tool was used in the making of his wall.
You already know what I think, and it does look considerably better than when you first showed it to me. I've always been a fan of halftone, and the vector looks great. Favorited!
I like the dots. :D It adds a lot of interest to the wall. Nice colour choices too.
I also like the use of white empty spots in the wall too, sort of unifying the piece.
That is an interesting style of vectoring too; the lines look very sketchy. it is quite different.
So overall: I like it. :D It's nice to see an experimental-type wall in a different style than you usually do.

Even though you've told me the series isn't that good, from what I've seen of the images and now this wallpaper has convinced me to watch it. It's always nice being able to see your work in progress and seeing it get to how great it does. Pardon me for repeating myself from what I said easiler too.
Normally, I'm not fond of text and generally text in the background. I can say that this is the first wall I've ever liked that has used text like that. I was rather mixed before, but after putting this wall on my desktop, I really like how it works out. The colors and the lighting work quite well too, along with the background pattern. As always, you did a fantastic job vectoring the scan and it looks amazing. The stars, wings and the clouds around the two character were also a nice additional touch as well. All in all, everything comes together nicely to form a super cute wallpaper.
It's funny. Generally, I've never liked walls that do similar things to what you've done here, but just everything itself looks so great, I can't deny it. I love it =3. You did a fantastic job, Kalico!
I like the vectoring kinda sketchy looking and such, and I think the dotts add something to the wall so that was a good idea, im not a huge fan of the rising sun style lines though I dunno it makes me think its a little too much with them, but everything else is good
I actually love all parts of the background, the text, the star, and also the rising sun as well, I definitely love the color. The combination is really great.
However, it is kinda...the characters vectoring style is a bit different from the background, all on the background, the stars and the rising sun, look pretty neat and clean, while the character vectoring style is a bit sketchy. But actually that's not really an issue, since it does actually fit the background. And I do like the character.
What I think can be improved is the smoke around them (is it smoke?).
the smoke looks as if it were halfway done, more likely unclean. Um... how should I say it... random Wavy and a bit jagged. The place arrangement of the smoke is actually pretty good, and I also like the shadow of the smoke but, oh well.
I actually hoping that you will remake the smoke and make it cleaner. I don't watch Kamisama Kazoku, so if the smoke appearance is story-related, I'm sorry.

I love the colors! You did a very nice job on the extraction ( ;D ) and on re-cging the parts that you had to do. I like the sunburst, but I love the clouds. Those were a great idea. I may have left the stars out, but other than that, I really like what you did. Fav!
I love pop art and this is a great image of it, I think it's cute and has a whimsical appeal as well, I like the colors and the composition the little clouds and stars are a nice touch of detail which adds to it sweet aura A+ and a fav
Not really a fan of those two in the foreground (Even though I must admit that theyare really clean for not being a smooth vector.) But I justgot to say for some inexplicable reason I love the background. That background combined with the characters really makes this a save. Thanks again Kalico.
Hmmm nope not my style of wall :P give me dotless reCG's ore vectors instead. Oke colourjunkys united like myself will love the funky purple blue pattern wich looks nice but still im missing something. So to say the classic kalico finishing touch, seems a bit easy and quick job :P youre getting to good to make this special for me :/ hmmm i know that line sucks to hear but stll great job, keep up the good work and feedback that makes people cry they even asked!

Overall great wallpaper, but it doesn't have that amazing touch that you usually have your wallpapers. Great job Kalico! I think I might do that challenge.
Widescreen version FTW plus this wallpaper is full of joy and energy. Exactly what i need to be alive again!
As for the vectoring part i trully find the pattern-texture use very playful and i am thrilled to have this wall desktop in my laptop +fav
