After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
I like the thumbnail :'D ...maybe it's better than the wall xP this was intended to be a fairly quickly, very simple piece. the simple remained because additional elements didn't feel right; the quick, not so much. it dragged out somewhat mainly because i felt "stuck" the entire time while walling.
it's grayscale because 1) i didn't want to color naoto (manga scan vector + extra shading layers and horrible extensions for the 4:3 and 5:4 versions Dx); 2) my personal feeling that the grays bring a sort of impact that colors can't in this case. maybe i abused the text-as-bg thing but it's fun layering text and using masks to turn a couple of fonts into a whole bunch of "fonts". xD; and pattern-used-as-texture was whimsical (source: the awesome squidfingers).
It's very rugged and manly which is a nice change of pace in a wall since most are of pretty girls, who doesn't want a sexy guy in black to slice his sword on to your desktop I like the textures and the text is awesome to it blends in so well with the background, it's has style and class even tho it's not super flashy. A++ and a fav you did a really great job.
Oh my god... So VERY stylish, irreverent, sophisticated, sexy wallpaper!!
Uhhh!
Awsome composition, love the character placement, the text, the smooth texture in the background... And the vector, so skilled, so great! The monochromatic colorscheme was very well applied, IMO.
The tumbnail is really cool, but so does the wallpaper itself! Yay!
The pattern is such a nice touch!
What can I say? Black + white simply can't fail, especially when delivered in a clean vector form :3
+fav for the greater justice!
The monochrome combined with the shading makes for a great impact. Everything is so simple that that is makes it stand out more. I love the font and pose..We need more love to the Dogs

This is such a dramatic looking wallpaper! I love the black and white and everything looks great. It's nice that the wallpaper is both easy on the eyes as well as looking really cool. Nice work!
The thumbnail does look great...but It's probably just that gray frame witch is normally put around the walls that makes it look a little better xP however, it's still an amazing and stylish wall in it's full view :]
I really like the starkness of the vectoring/design... funny I was just reading Dogs last night and thinking how much Naoto kicked ass XD Minor complaint would be that the pattern is really uniform across the wall - might look nice if it's not as opaque on her face/any other part you might want to bring out a little more.
Neat vector =D The wall looks better than the thumb IMHO because it shows the detail text work. This wall reminds me of your Kanda wall ^_^ maybe because of the monochromatic color scheme, or because of that wicked looking sword.
Anyways, ever try to put just a tiny bit of color to give a bit "life" to it. Not to color the whole thing, but maybe just the eyes, or one or two words on the background (the word revenge, perhaps). Just a suggestion, though :p

Very good job.
A favourite, for sure!
Don't try to be perfect. Just pretend you do.
My only issue would be with your fonts, but it's great overall.
