This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I love the colour theme on this one =)
It's simple but doesn't feel incomplete.
Great composition - good utility as a wallpaper (ample space for desktop icons)
What I like about the girl is the expression in her eyes... that said, I don't think the blush on her left cheek should overlap her eye ~_^
Its nice and soft >.<!perfect for the winter. I love your detail with the hair and the girl's face =D!! The background complements the foreground, which i find is difficult to do. Good job, keep it up.
This looks very unfinished. The face has all this fantastic painted detail and the rest of her body/clothes has nothing... a little disappointing. In fact, her scarf is downright jaggedy, which really takes away from the beautiful soft touches on the face.
And what is done with the background is ok, but it could be so much more because you are working with a great image.
I like the colors a lot and the soft glow of her face I just think the resolution could have been bigger other then that it's great with a few more touch ups it will be wonderful.
For some reason, I find this very lovely and lovable! It says 'original art' so i suppose you drew this, which makes it even more awesome.
I really like it the way it is and I don't think it's too simple, but I wish it also were in a higher resolution.
I really like the simplicity of this piece you have. I think it's very effective to have the bits of color in there. I think it emphasizes the girl a lot more since the color is on her cheek as well as in the background. It ties the two together very well.
The art is really well done! I really love her eyes especially. Very cute, but I'm not really sure why the red in the background. Over all, I really like it, I'll use it for my emo days. haha (jk!)
Ooh, I really like this one. I love the girl's face and the blush on her cheeks. The red in the background makes the wallpaper more interesting. :) Nice job!

In any case,
