New walli again woot! :)
well,i asked cybil to give me this scan cuz i really liked it and cuz cybil have already made a walli by it ^^" and the scan was taken from here!

the whole BG made by different brushes and textures from many sites :) i mixed em all togetha by changin the colors so many times like usual :D and the title was taken from the song "My Only Hope" by Mandy Moore its such an awesome song tho! :)
and bout the scan again i added double of layers and i played with em to change the scan's colors a bit ^^"
and then again i added sum textures :)

i like it! the pink blends very well with the Background and the vector, i like the brushes you used.
In my opinion the Background is done! but there are a few things that can be fixed.
-The vector has some parts jagged, look at one of the tails of the hair (left side) also the head has some bugs. Fix that and this wallpaper is complete!

Good using of colours. Good job!
first of all, the shades of pink you used are too monotone. giving a touch of gradient and soft-light will give more color to the pink shades. or else, try more various colors of pink. and i noticed some minor extraction problems at the end of her pigtails and on her bangs. try to zoom it closer. the scan itself is pretty grainy. you'll need to clean it as well.
The text itself is pretty nice, but putting it on a linear position like that seems uhh..boring.
try to experiment by putting it in a non-linear position.
i guess that is all.
sorry to be such critique. i personally not a pro, i'm just giving opinions on what i think of.
