While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

i never vectored Lelouch before, and i never done such full vector like this one, so i got many, many troubles on vectoring it. remembering that i don't have many vectoring experiences.
so, i started with this scan. i thought i have to make something 'dark' by this scan. but b/w walls with red eyes seems to be so common, so i tried another color.
the original vector is colored, and coloring it is very though because the scan is soo grainy and i have difficulties on finding the right colors.
and i add many dark shades around Lelouch so it seems like he was rising from darkness.
I know, don't say 'the bg is too simple' or whatever. i actually made it by purpose.
that is all i could say.

Some parts look a little jaggedy around his face, though.
Really nice vector, even though some lines on the face are noticeably jaggedy.
I like the single colour look of the wall; the black and brown are nice together. :)

Ah, congratz on your promotion to CW ^^ Ya, the background is simple, but that's better than if the bg is complicated because the vector took up a lot of space in the wall xP And the vector looks really good too~ But, no rez for me T.T
The dark scheme and colors are perfect for Lelouch. The wallpaper can really describe the character well as someone mysterious and cunning. The vector work is pretty awesome too, though there are some jagged parts. Still, this is good.

The King's Intensive Face and 'I''s Cool Face are Very Ironic and Interesting. Their Harmony and Combination is not only Dramatic but also Funny. They are Filled with Their Own Respective Personalities.
Smooth Shadow over the Couple(?) is Natural and Stable. I Think It Means Incomming Fear and Obstacle They Have to Confront.
Their Different Faces May Express Their Different Thinking in Same Situation. I Like Your Sence about Them. Lights on the Colors is a Little Strange, but It Provide Them with Unique and Creative Atmosphere.

I do like the wide screen effect and I think you did a great job on the vectoring and I like the text a lot it fits the scan nicely and the colors are dark witch is right up my ally. B+
