The Cagalli vector had been lying around in my computer for over a year now and I just finished vectoring it. I thought of placing it in a scenic background, but her cheerful expression made me want to go all random again and create a cute background. Cagalli-sama is definitely adorable here. Yeah, I know the background is simple, but I really like making things this way. And, no, pink is not my favorite color. I just thought it was a nice color for the background.
