I like this wall! If I had to say anything about it, I'd say reduce the white of some of the clouds, not necessarily get rid of them, but make them less bold. The blue that you have in the background is also a hue that for some reason doesn't work in my mind with the blue on the character... maybe play with the hue/saturation a bit? Because the color seems so bold yet your main focus should be your character...

I still think this wall looks nice and the image/blend is pretty and dreamy! Good work~
