This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I made that background you see on this wallpaper for a deviantArt piece but I also decided to try and use it for a anime wallpaper, so I hope you like it. For different sizes please check my website.

my one complaint is chise's lines look kinda jaggy around the edges.
i like the soft background, and even the lights around her.
most of all though, i love the text and the simplicity.

I like the effects you did on the bottom of her legs, makes it look cool. The typography is also nice, fits the anime. Color chosen is good to. Nice job.

I love it : the fact that the scan`s great and the backround is pretty cool too (i like the light on the top - nice touch :D )
I'm not so keen on the way the texture just sort of stops on the right. I'd have preferred more of a sort of fading away sort of thing, but it's a nice wall.

It is good to keep it simple like this.
1. I'd prefer a bit "dark mood" to this. Maybe that you could change the colorscheme to grungy grey/black instead of the yellow. Doesn't seem to fit.
2. Chise is a bit jaggy like kalico mentioned so i don't really have to go in deep on that
Also if you've could'f made the wall in a bit bigger resolution it would'f been great.
Other than that, good job!
