    Hi, very interesting
    although the lines of the characters not really clear, maybe vectoring seems to be the only possibility to change that. Inthe faces i can see a texture (or is it from the scan), which you could also use for your bg - or use another, in any case you should use one.

    The pale green and white seems a bit bland. I'd suggest using a little more color or doing something to liven up the background. Perhaps even vectoring L and Raito with a green hue would make it stand out more.
