This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Actually, I love the design, I just wish it was bigger. There needs to be more Mikuru wallpapers. My only thing that I can see is maybe cleaning the cut around the cups a bit since I still see a bit of white. Besides that I think it's very pretty~!
This is one of my favorite anime's!
The only thing i suggest maybe is soften Mikuru's lines, she seems to leap out of the wallpaper a bit, since the background is mainly one colour
But yes! v.good~~~!
Maybe you should add some shadings in her hairs, clothes etc (a darker shade) so that the vectoring will be more sophisticated. And, the left side of the wallpaper is too empty. Try adding something, like text or designs to make it less so ^.^ The color scheme is nice though, and the general feeling of this wall is peaceful and pleasant ^.^
