Arrangement and colours look very good for me.
The only thing i can see on second sight is that the wings are behind the character, wouldn't it be better to integrate the front one of them in the shoulders, with tear open shirt?
The perspective view of the character would allow that.

if you used an iversed gradient on the wings, i wonder how it looks without it.
anyway its stills good enough for me.

1 I removed the texture of the background.
2 I fixed Light's feathers and wings.
3 I adjusted the colours. I think it's brighter now.
