This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Well it's a new collab with Dana AKA Cybil! ^^
i searched for some scans for our collab and then i found this scan : and i really loved it!
so i showed Cybil the scan and she liked it too .. and then i asked her about the BG! how it should be ...
Then she told me that she'll make the BG by her own! she vectored the BG from her imagination,And even the Bg is made by different textures.
After that i extraced the scan and i made the girl's shadow and the peopls' shadow too!
Finally cybil's changed the colors and added some light effects.
( PS: The idea of adding the shadows is by my genius lil cousin Anime-Girl )

Nice wallpaper I like the shadow of the two in the background but the only bad thing is that I can't see the bear good in her hand ,because of the shadow

Very dark and special wall. The background is simple yet very mysterious and intersting and the scan matches well with the color theme. Those shadows were a clever move indeed and they actually make the wall outstanding.

It's got amazing warmth to it. It truly captures the feeling of a lonely girl. The shading and lighting and magnificently done, I have no problems with it at all, I commend you both for it. Artistically it truly captures the seen it was supposed to capture. Wonderful job.
I love what you did to the scan of the girl. The shadows and texture of the wall are also nicely done. Everything about the wall, from the colors, to the mood, and to the overall composition, are quite impressive.
