Ahh... What can we really say about Lelouch. He really is an amazing character. And what can we say about Code Geass. Nothing more than a masterpiece so far. An anime to inspire for many generations to come.

First to comment!! Well, I really like the concept behind this wallpaper. I love the use of the chess piece and board, since that's obviously a big part in Lelouch's life. Code Geass always uses the theme of the chess game, so this really works well. I wish it was in widescreen! The one thing I'm not too crazy about is the column in the background.

I think the idea of using chess is very smart and corresponds to the idea I have about this anime.

Wallpaper is fine and mysterious. The design is quite simple, yet the theme suits Lelouch perfectly. He is truly a black king capable to manipulating others and plan ahead. Lelouch is a true genius with class and poise. The way you portrayed him here is awesome. Love it.

I seen quite a few chess themed geass works with lelouch and various other characters when the whole chess theme in the anime is portrayed by mainly lelouch.
the perspective, the darkness in this piece, the king piece lurking in the shadow yet still in the center of the piece, plus lelouch's posture....man, so many great things about this piece.
i admit, im not great at critiquing the technical details in digital art, but at the very least, i want you to know that you hit the concept and theme dead on.
