Dignity is right. Can i add that the king's crown should also lessen its line thickness so that it would perfectly part of tamaki's image. Other than that, its a good color combination and structure. Keep it up.

Anyway, the outlines of his hair is not consistent enough in terms of wideness and there are some sharp edges which should be...er...not so sharp. Somewhere on the left side of his head, the outlines do not merge together, leaving a gap, and there's also a place where his hair is outside of the outline. I would also prefer it if you chose another color for the outline of the guy's skin =D

As for the crown, maybe you should move it more to the top right area, which seems empty, and the position might make more sense too xD

Other than that, I like the concept, and I think it will look great if you clean up the vector =) Good luck~!

I'd say submit, simple elgant and very stylish. I love ouran good pic there. Try it out and submit, I think it will get accpeted no doubt.
