This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
This is excellent! The only suggestion I can think of is to change the font, it looks a little off to me. Other than that I can't wait to see this in the gallery!

but it is suitable for Naruto
could you make other characters or other characters from another story title

This is a pretty rad wall indeed. I love the sillouette idea and I really like the composition of the sky. The stars are nicely done, as is the moon. I think the color choice representing each character is also nice.
I too, however, agree about changing the text. You could go with a Naruto text or something a bit different. Other than playing with the text's font, this wall is totally awesome.

The concept is unique, and it's executed nicely =D Still, as stated in the FAQ, you need to place a signature in the wallpaper to show that it's yours. Besides, a longer description will be appreciated too~ I agree on changing the font of the text too - try a bolder, bigger text without the reflection.
I love the use of silhouette. How about yellow background for Naruto? And is it me or is Kakashi (that is Kakashi on the left, right?) too small relative to others. He is an adult and the others are all teens.
