A very nice wall; Haruhi is looking rather adorable in this picture, which is a nice side of her to see :D :D
As well, the background shows sophistication of effects that make it interesting yet not distracting.
Colors also balance quite nicely. The green and the red juxtaposed in the upper corners is quite nice, and with nice shapes too.

Well, this may sound like spam, but congrats and it's impressive for a first wall.
Anyway, this wallpaper has that "fairy tale" with all the twirls, cutout design and the red (remember Little Red Riding Hood?). But, Haruhi playing a fairy tale maiden? That is so fake
