This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Yay this is my first ever completed wallpaper so far XD
In this wall i used different types of brushes and overlays to get that spacey effect in the background and used an image from google + some overlays and so on to make it all yellow-e!
+ Loads of layers ^-^
Eh? How did I get the first comment...? Okay first off I love megaman (not like that), and I did not even know that there was a category for megaman walls here. Great job! Your first wall is definitely saying good things about your skills and future walls! +Fav
I can't say I have ever seen a MegaMan wallpaper myself ever, congrats on the acceptance. He does exude a clear sense of "power", and the yellow sun behind is very nicely done, as are complementary glowing effects. Keep up the great work, man.
Wow, we don't see a Megaman wallpaper everday. It's a good one.
But I cannot decide if this is a sun or a planet. Sure the color style matches up, but still...
and maybe I would try a other prepective of it, cause the upper parts are looking a bit empty now. Or to add more stars.
I like it, and it looks like you spent a lot of time working on it.
One thing, though- The sun-rays don't fit the style. The rest of the picture is very space-natural-grunge, but the ray's look like wavy gradients... Adjusting them to fit the style would make it look better.
