After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
Just edited heavily this scan to do the wallpaper.
Removed text surrounding her, redraw her hand and leg, redraw the entire pool and added some texture to it, and finally shrinked to wallpaper 1600 x 1200 resolution.
If you like it and want the original size edited scan, just let me know, but
I had to resized it to 3357 x 2124 due to hardware and software limitations.
I still have Rei isolated from the background in her original size from the scan link above.

Its a very simple clean wall,I might've gone with a softer texture on the water though.But I don't see any real flaws with it.Good job.^^
I love this! Its so basic but I can tell you redid some things and it flows out perfectly. I think you did a wonderful job on making it look like part of the picture. I wouldn't have even known if you didn't describe it!
Well done, yeah :). Though I think you turned the perspective of the pool (background), it still fits her very well. And because the light comes correctly for both pool and Rei herself, the fore- and background blend well with each other.
The pool looks really good. I really cannot say anything wrong there.
But Rei looks a little flashy on same parts (just zoom it), the lines are not following always, sometime they are too thin and sometime too big. Simple said the outlines could be better.
So you redrawed or vectored?
But in other hand it is a good one, and I'm faving it for Rei :P

Man I can feel the heat and not just because it's summer XD Rei looks hotter then boiling water, it's so basic but hey that's good in this case it doesn't need a lot of flash, you have the cool flowing water, the sexy girl and a high quality resolution, break out the lemonade and some snow cones to because this is were I wanna be :D A- great work
Nice job reconstructing Rei and the surroundings. Hmmmm, but would have really preferred a softer touch to the water surface. :) But then again, still a very nice job! ;)
Good job! To be frankly, I fall in love with her when I first watch EVA 10years ago. And she have been more beautiful in new movie than the one in TV version.

Rei in this wallpaper is a lady, not a girl. Her black swimsuit is harmonized with her blue hair and blue water - her origin. Her cool face is always attractive.

The character detail is really good and you've got most of the pic perfect imo, the hair color matches her cloth and the skulls in the hair loks really good :d
i like the style of the wings you have made(loove angels ^^), even if they look like feather wings atop the end of the wings looks like cloth or something, and the effect is really nice
The background fits pretty well even if it's very simple, but it makes her come forth and brings a atmospheat to the pic, and the "spirits" makes no exception.

Have you made an original scetch by hand or is all of it done on the computer? I would gladly like to knowhow you do it, in steps , and if you use any external device to make anything.
