I think I like this one better. They're both very pretty and I love the bg. Part of me says the light streaks in the upper left should be pointed towards her, but the other part of me likes it just the way it is.

well i dont see any problem in this wallie, the background blends wells with the magical effect on the character, i just suggest you to improve more this cool wallie, to put a title on the free space at the left side of the character, use some magical effect on it too so the "magic" dont get lost.
