After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

This wall is actually inspired from this scene in the OP of the Soul Eater series. I had Maka and Soul in his Majo Kari form vectored, then filtered for some sketchy effects. I switched the background to that of a modern city background with more lights cause I thought it'd be more interesting that way. The bg is also based on another screencap I had. Re-painted part of it and motion + gaussian blurred to give focus on Soul. ^^

I had fun exaggerating the effects on Soul...giving it more red (it became pink >< ) tinge that the original one had.

Never thought I'd make a wallpaper of Maka for the Soul Eater series...she's not even my favourite character. But what the heck, the Witch Hunter technique is cool. =]

Really nice wallpaper! I like the color and the idea that he is staying there and the moon who is laughing is really good too! The color,like I said, are really nice and are bright and catch my eyes in the first min. I saw it! really good work!

I really like the blue glow you gave Maka, some people forget to put in details like that from accent lighting :3 It's a good wallpaper with an excellent composition of elements, though in my opinion it might be better if the BG and Soul shared the same color scheme. It would kinda unify the whole wall.

Ah well, excellent work anyway. :)

Very nice craftsmanship I love the city scape it glows beautifully I truly think the wallpaper would be lovely with out the character even in it, but I do like his weapon it's has the most awesome colors and glows like it's coming right out of the screen. Nice work B+ .(n_n). emoticon

I recognize that background XD! Interesting wallpaper and good job on Soul! I think the background would look better if it were shades of blue instead, because right now the buildings look too colorful and kind of steal attention away from the characters. And it also seems that they're on the only building with blue light. That is cool, but for a wallpaper, it's not as eye-pleasing. I also think that it would be nice if Maya and Soul were a little higher on the wallpaper so he doesn't look cut off, hehe.

Anyway, great job on the effects on that scythe thing. I like the glow on it. It's also nice to see that you've decided to change the background to a more scenic city scene. However, as Tsu had mentioned, it would've been nicer if you chose the same color scheme for both the background and the scythe. But everything else looks good though. So keep it up. ;D

I do believe this wallpaper didn't have the required attention. In my opinion we should surely take into consideration the wonderful effect on the spear and the blending (character+background). It is a well made wall that's fits so nicely in my desktop. Needless to say that is a fav, especially for your effort to make something like this by using only a screencap.

Great wall! I love the image you used... the scythe is beautifully done and even though it's pink instead of the red you aimed for, it's still a great hue that compliments the blues of the scythe. The vector work you did on the girl is really nicely done and the background fits wonderfully! Nice work~ .(n_n). emoticon

This is seriously AWESOME! Even though im not good at drawings, nor do i know terms and types or styles of drawing in the world of art, your wallpaper gives me a feeling of canvas drawings. The color tones, the way its being drawn and the lightings, it's just very well blended :D
Erm... well, in my humble opinion, i think that the color on C.C. and Lelouch is abit different, i dont know whether it is meant to be done that way or not, but to me, it seems a bit odd coz two people staying together on the bench and why is it the skin color of the characters are different? If possible, i wish to know why is it like that :D

The background blends perfectly with the character and the positioning makes the effect on the scythe looks awesome. The coloring is nicely done and a nice and clean vectoring for the character. Light effect is 4 out of 5. Good Job
