While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Anyway, this one was stored in my computer since ages ago (it's cleaning time) and I decided to finish it n_n, the wings were taken from a scan since Monad's wings looked way too odd . I decided not to keep the white/gray outfit considering the fact that the background has very soft colors and the intention is to take notice of her first.
The character its great and caught my attention, but i think somehow the background just doesnt fit too much maybe its for the BG realism.
Anyway good work!
This is a very nicely executed vector! WOW! I especially like the way you made her face! Though I feel that the wings could use a little toning (some shadows maybe), and the blending between her and the bg needs some more work...

Agreed with my friend Gatoi about the great vector, but also with Leviathan about the little bit realistic background. But nice tough :P
The resolution is pretty big.
Amazing eyes and colour... the outlines could have been thinned out and toned down a little.
but its still pretty good.
