Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! I like this picture, and I wanted to make it in wall...
I made the vector in 7-8 hours (very hard), and the wall in 1 hour.

I like what you did, and that's why I want to say this to you as it might improve this a little bit ...
When I looked at the paper I thought to myself "Um, there is something that turns me off even though I like what I see, What is it ?" and that's when I figured out what it was ... It was the color of the characters' skin ... Naruto, who is supposed to have his pinkish skin, appears to be the lighter in color here. And the others, who are supposed to be lighter and shiner, are looking pinker. I can accept Sasuke though, although I think you can improve that too.
The vector looks nice, but some parts of the shadows on their clothes end off too sharp, making it look kinda weird. Try adjusting your shape layer so that the edges are smoother. Other than that, I would prefer it if you placed your signature at the bottom of the wallpaper instead of letting it 'float', but that's entirely your own choice =)
