After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
Okay.. my first submission lacked descriptions, so here it goes...
Starting on naruto's face, I used cloud colors with two-correlated colors in each parts... I also cleaned the jagged edges of his face contour out of a very small screenshot, so it took a lot of my effort. I decided to thicken the outlines so the character would still be the main concept of my wally.
On the other hand, I used orange-based colors to match it with Naruto and the anime itself. Spirals were also colored yellow to blend it well with the orange background.
As for the overall theme of the wally, I chose a warming filter (orange) to make it simple and follow a one-trace of color...
that's it, I guess.

Nice effect on the background, it would have been great if you have used the actual ramen circualr stuff or the thing that is on the back of Naruto's jacket.
So your first wall was accepted, congratulations. Is funny and makes me laugh, but anyways the quality is rather average (I have seen better walls rejected,sorry for sounding harsh). The upper outline is still bothering me :P
But for first time isn't so bad. And I can give you a advice. Try to make walls in 1280x960 at least. 1024x768 is kinda out-dated and people will have better opinion by a higher resolution.
