Wow this is really flat... I don't know what else to say...

Great start so far, though personally the cacturs always annoyed me...
Anyway, the sandy texture is cool and quite fitting, but you may want to add some depth the the sand by adding in sand dunes or other sandy/desert-like features.

Also, you may want to add some catchy (but not too long or cumbersome) text for the cactur/the FF series.

From my stand point this is a nice slow paced style I would use it as a wallpaper.
but from the AP gallery stand point it is a little flat and empty,
-The Texture you'vegiven your sand is good I like that
-The Cactuar could do with a shadow
-Maybe you could alter your background to have sky and a blurred horizon between sand and sky
