While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Yeah...Like venom1 I found it's a nice work but I think your wallpaper needs some text too...Another bad point for me is the eyes cause they're too simply but for a first vectorisation it's really good ^^

It seems a little too light though, maybe make sakura a little darker (seems cloudy). The feather is kinda weird too, but maybe it's just me, it seems a little furry. XD
The lines seem really soft and not so clean for a vector, but I like the subtlety of the colors. And the way you completed the ribbons and such really works to bring it all together ^^
This is a lovley first vector! My only suggestion to you is that her arms are a bit angular and pointed, they would look much better if they had a more natural curve. That, and I would like it a bit better if there was a little more detail in the lower part of the dress. The good stuff about this: I love the detail in her hair and her face, and the wings look absolutley beautiful. This wall doesn't need any additions to it as far as text goes, it can stand alone as it is. It's a great first vector!
This is your first vector? Amazing :) You made very good job on vectoring the scan and re-drawing the ribbons. The subtle delicate colors only add to the overal appeal of the wall ^^
