While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I have to say the background is nice but because of the vector she has less colors on her *like lighting, etc* so it looks a bit plain, but greaj job on the vector :)
It's a nice idea, making a vector out of tsubasa, but i just don't like how flat and 2-D it looks. the colors are dulled, but in most cases it works, like it does here, but the outlines and the flatness don't appeal to me. her eyes are a bit scary and possessed, which may be the point here...i really like her wings and the blue background =)

Wow! i love what you've done to this wallpaper. the vector is absolutely beautiful! and the colors you've used are just fantastic...very tranquil. well done with the wallpaper and keep it up :)
It's very peaceful seeming. But Sakura's eye seems very bold and dark compared to the airy lightness of the rest. That is probably just because it was your first shot vectoring. I like the lack of texture, the smoothness compliments the dreamy quality.
