This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
The brush you used on his feet isnt blended good with the feet and seems you just brushed it and change the blending option and also too much dark space and i suggest you can use some scripts there...u know mixing the scripts and different size(plying with scripts you can say)

Nice one
But (there is always but) what bother me is the spot light, coz it seems weird for me. There is no shadow around sasuke despite the light, and usually spot light is not that focus, area around the light will get too but a bit darker.
Interesting concept =) I think you need to work more on the brushes at his feet there, because they don't blend well enough. Besides, you might try placing the text at the center of the wallpaper, because everything else looks symmetrical and the text on the left kinda unbalances it all. It would be nice too if you could add more details on the sharingan eyes to place more emphasis on them, and add a shadow for Sasuke too.
