This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

I've been meaning to make a Higurashi wallpaper for a long time.
I modified This Scan and made the background and flowers.
Subtext is a modified phrase from the Higurashi OP2//

It 's a great wall I love the soothing colors and beautiful sunset it really brings out her eyes and makes her face glow and the wind blowing the flower petals is so great it makes you wish you were standing there with her feeling the breeze on your face and watching the white petals fly away into the sun. |(C_C)| emoticon

I really like the quote you used paired with the imagery. It's subtle but effective.

The colour scheme is very fitting here, and the only small nitpick I would say is that some of the linework doesn't seem to fit. What I mean by that is the way the outline on Rena gets very thin at some points. I understand the style and look that was trying to achive, but in some spots it looks unfinished somehow.

Sorry I don't really know how to describe it better...it's not something I can quite put my finger on. ^^; But a very well done wallpaper, as I said, that's just me being really nit-picky. It's no big deal. :)

YES!.Atlast another great wallpaper in the gallery.I love the wallpaper.The background and the scan look so well with each other i cant tell ya!.Its amazing.The falling flowers and the flowers themselves give a great touch to the wallpaper and the text is like OMG!.Its amazingly chosen and well placed!.The lighting effect is nicely done and really is a top notch wallpaper!.Love it!

The lighting was perfect, as well with the glow of the flower petals.

Everything looks nice on this wall but what I really think is a shame is that those huge flowers are on the background while they should be on the foreground. They really can't be on the background at that size. They should be way smaller to fit. It's perspectively wrong.
Other than that, I love the colors and the atmosphere you've created along with the text (although the original has the opposite meaning, it was clever of you to alter it like that).
I really think you should edit the flower thing and then everything would be perfect.
